Our oldie but goldie Benjamin Button (the handsome ginger Shepherd) came to us with a broken front paw. This lovely grandpa, at proud age of 13, spent more than 10 years in a shelter with over 300 dogs, so he never had a chance to get this broken front paw fixed. We can tell that he is in pain, so are doing everything we can to make his life better. He has an appointment with an orthopedic specialist. This appointment is quite expensive, so we would like to ask you for your support and donate towards his vet bill ❤️❤️
UPDATE: 7. 9. 2021
Last week we took our two poorly paws to the orthopedic specialist, Jessy and Benjamin Button 🐾💕
Benjamin’s injury doesn’t bring good news 😔 Surgery is possible but it’s extremely complicated and complex. There is risk of failure, high risk of infection, high risk because of his age 😞
It’s not a new injury, it’s something he has lived with for years.
For now we have decided, after listening to the orthopedic surgeon, that the risk is too great. He runs and walks with a limp but he doesn’t appear to be in pain.
Benjamin is a gentle, quiet soul and really enjoying his new life here, at least we can give him this …. And maybe a chance at a new home 💕

BENJAMIN BUTTON is looking for his forever home!!
Benjamin is 13 years old, male, handsome ginger Shepherd mix, medium size. He is vaccinated, dewormed, Advocate treated, castrated and microchipped.
Benjamin is a very gentle, calm and conflict free boy. Benjamin loves to have his walk in the garden, here and there he will play with the other dogs and afterwards you will find him in the grass having a sun bath. He does not cause us any troubles, he avoids all conflicts and puppies can literally crawl all over him 🐱😘 Benjamin is just a real sweetheart❤
This lovely grandpa spent more than 10 years in a shelter with over 300 dogs. He never had a home! Ben as we also like to call him is entirely health checked and only has a problem with one of his front paws. At some point his front paw was broken and in the overcrowded shelter Ben never had a chance to get this broken paw fixed. Surgery is possible but it’s extremely complicated and complex. There is risk of failure, high risk of infection and high risk because of his age It’s not a new injury, it’s something he has lived with for years. For now we have decided, after listening to the orthopedic surgeon specialist, that the risk is too great. He runs and walks with a limp but he doesn’t appear to be in pain.
Anyone who is familiar with the movie “Benjamin Button” will know what happens, when you are going to adopt him, he will just get younger and younger ❤ ❤ Or whenever you feed him, because when it is feeding time, Benjamin turns into a teenager dancing and jumping around his food bowl.
If you can imagine being the right match for Ben, then hurry up and contact us!! ❤🐾🥰

HAPPY TAILS: 10. 10. 2021
A Happy Tails post with a slight difference ☺️
Last Sunday a young couple arrived to meet Benjamin Button. From their application they sounded perfect for him. They have a large garden, cats and will soon be getting chickens.
Within minutes of them arriving I was hoping for that ‘moment’ and I wasn’t disappointed 🥰
Why is this Happy Tails so different?
Because they decided to adopt Bagel as well 😍😍😍
Both dogs are loving their new home and their new owners love them 💝 Ben still loves to be in the garden soaking up the sun. Bagel likes to chew everything he can 🙈 He is young and needs rules but they are managing him well.
So, Happy Tails to Benjamin Button and Bagel 🐾💖🐾
Have a wonderful life sweet boys and we hope to see you for a visit soon 🥰
