Little Lisa was found by a kind man near the sandpit in Račice. He realised she was sick and took her immediately to his vet. Lisa has a terrible cold and a cloudy eye 😢 The kind man kept Lisa with him until we had quarantine space in my bathroom.
Tablets, eye drops and nasal spray (that was fun!) Lisa is making a very slow recovery 😊
Dr Klara is taking care of Lisa and when we tried to take photos of her at the clinic, Lisa decided she’d rather make biscuits and roll over for belly rubs 😂
Such a sweet kitty even though she must feel really awful ❤️
UPDATE: 18. 12. 2021
Yesterday Lisa had her surgery and it was not without complications 😢
When they tried to wake her after anesthesia she aspirated some fluids and it was touch and go for a while. They kept her in the hospital last night on oxygen and for observation.
Needless to say, there was not much sleep last night at the sanctuary 😢
The vet has just called and Lisa is doing well. She can come home this evening 💕
