Four years ago Penny Lane was adopted from Cool Critters. Last week we were contacted by the Municipal shelter to say she was there after her owner passed away 😭 All our animals have microchips that are registered under our organization and this is how the shelter found us. The power of a tiny piece of technology can get your animal back to you 🙏
Penny Lane has doubled in weight since she was adopted, from 3kg to over 6kg and it absolutely broke our hearts to see how immobile she is 😢The municipal shelter took care of her vaccines and deworming and we will get blood tests done to make sure her weight isn’t affecting any of her organs and she will be on a mobility diet for quite some time. She is now in foster care, we didn’t want to stress her anymore than we needed to.
We will keep you updated on her progress and will do our best to get her back to good health 🙏
