Meet Barkley, male, 2,5 year old, mixed breed, medium size 24 kg. He is vaccinated, dewormed, Advocate treated and microchipped and castrated.
Not only does Barkley look like a teddy bear, he is also as sweet as one 🥰 He really loves people and he is also good with kids. Barkley would make an excellent garden watch dog and his fur does not need any maintenance. Barkley is friendly with other dogs, but will fight back if he gets attacked. We think he would prefer to be the only dog at home unless he gets well along with the other dog.
One of our regular volunteers took him for a hike and says: “Barkley was by far the best behaved dog on a leash I have ever had. He never pulls and responds very well. He does not need long walks. After some time he laid down in the gras and simply enjoyed the sun and my company “.

When this wonderful family came to visit Barkley it was love at first sight. The two girls were absolutely in love and so were the parents. They say: “Barkley is an amazing dog a real gentleman. He Is very happy, he loves the space around the house and also the garden. We walk around in the forest and around the town And he is a good boy. We are very pleased to share our life with such a great dog friend.”
